Q. How much is the deposit?

A. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount required at the time of booking, with the full amount due 28 days prior to arrival.

Q. Are there any other charges?

A. Damage to the property or fittings will need to be paid for prior to departure, and our management agency at the Porto Bello Club will require credit card details on arrival to secure against any accidents.

Q. Is the resort "Child-friendly"?

A. The Porto Bello apartments at Puerto Adventuras are of a luxury design, and are situated in a safe and secure environment, but visitors must be aware that being near to a marina, there is also deep water.

Q. Can the rental period start on a day other than Saturday?

A. Not usually, but it's always worth asking us!

Q. Are there any additional airport taxes?

A. Yes. Departure taxes will not be included at airports in Mexico. A departure tax of approximately $50 USD per person is payable at the airport when leaving Mexico. This can be paid in either US dollars or Pesos.
